Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Banquet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all banquet sales operations, including developing client relationships, creating customized event packages, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities consist of coordinating with various teams, overseeing the execution of events, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities to grow banquet revenue while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales strategy, relationship management, and customer service
- Event planning, logistics coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the hospitality, food, and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is valued
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
