About The Role
As an Banking Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing key functions within the business and private banking, Fulfilment function. The role involves preparation of Security Documentation for SME-Retail customers and performing Security maintenance activities in the Asset Finance Space.

What will your day look like?
As a Banking Operations Analyst, your responsibilities will include :
- Ensure transactions are processed in an accurate and efficient manner
- To provide a customer centric service to internal and external stakeholders through the accurate and efficient processing of work requests.
- Develop sound relationships with internal and external stakeholders by maintaining two-way communication.
- Ensure Target Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met with 100% quality.
- Provide a high level of customer service by accurately dealing with all enquires in an efficient and timely manner.
- Effective workflow/queue management and prioritising urgent requests.
- Support the line manager and the seniors of the team to better analyse day to day challenges and provide an appropriate solution for the same.
- Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards aligning with legal and regulatory requirements.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Oral & written Communication and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point
- Display good level of accountability and Responsibility in day-to-day work.
- Ability to work in a time critical environment. And display good level of prioritization skills.
- Thrive to provide better service to the customers in line with the bank’s values and principles.
- Good understanding and hands on experience on various Microsoft applications.
- Ability to blend and work in coordination with the team.
- Ability to go over and beyond and to be flexible to meet the changing business requirements.
