Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bakery Assistant located in Gurugram. The Bakery Assistant will assist with daily bakery operations, including preparing ingredients, baking, and ensuring quality control. Additional responsibilities may include cake decorating, handling customer service tasks, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and supporting the team in other food preparation activities to uphold the patisserie’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation to successfully manage and execute various baking tasks.
• Proficiency in Cake Decorating techniques to create visually appealing and high-quality products.
• Strong Customer Service abilities to interact with clients and ensure a positive experience.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a bakery or culinary setting is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training would be an advantage.
