Title: Backend Support Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Backend Support to support sales, dispatch, and customer coordination activities in a copper manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, documentation, MIS reporting, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Required Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Management

  • Process customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records, pricing sheets, and product specifications.
  • Track order status from receipt to dispatch and update customers accordingly.

Production & Planning Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production team regarding order schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor production status and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  • Support planning activities by sharing order forecasts and customer requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other commercial documents related to sales activities.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.

Dispatch & Logistics Support

  • Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely shipment of materials.
  • Ensure dispatch documents such as E-way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Transport Documents are prepared accurately.
  • Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.

Inventory & ERP Management

  • Update and maintain data in ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock availability of finished goods.
  • Coordinate with stores and production teams regarding inventory requirements.

Customer Coordination

  • Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, product specifications, and documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Support complaint resolution by coordinating with Quality and Production departments.
  • Payment Follow-ups against the invoices.
