About our customer Our customer is transforming healthcare operations with AI-powered automation across scheduling, lab follow-ups, eligibility checks, prior authorization, insurance verification, and more. Their multimodal AI agents work across voice, email, chat, fax, and EHR integrations?improving patient access, reducing staff burden, and accelerating care delivery. They already serve 2,000+ physicians and healthcare providers, delivering measurable outcomes such as 20?30% fewer no-shows and thousands of staff hours saved Role Overview We are seeking a Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate real-time services powering healthcare automation. You`ll work across microservices, data models, and integrations that enable Interactly`s AI assistants. Key Responsibilities Design and own Python,FastAPI microservices (async IO, WebSockets). Operate MongoDB,Atlas schema design, indexing, aggregation, performance tuning. Integrate third-party APIs, services and productionize them. Contribute to LLM features tool, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, guardrails. Build CI,CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and write clear docs, runbooks. Qualifications 3+ years backend experience with Python and FastAPI (or similar async frameworks). Strong MongoDB,Atlas experience. CI,CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Docker proficiency. Distributed systems debugging and third-party API integration experience. LLM,AI experience preferred (RAG pipelines, structured outputs, guardrails). Nice-to-have Node.js, Redis, messaging queues, real-time comms. Locations: Hyderabad(on-site) and Bangalore Why Join ?
