Backend / Platform Engineer

We are hiring a Backend / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI), MongoDB, and RESTful API development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions that power modern applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage scalable backend architectures using Python and FastAPI. Design and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile systems. Work with MongoDB for data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Ensure system performance and scalability through clean coding and architecture. Eligibility Criteria: 5?10 years of backend development experience (service-based company experience preferred). Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB. Experience in RESTful API design and deployment. Hands-on with production-grade systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). Immediate joiners or candidates with ?15 days? notice preferred.
