What do you need for this opportunity?

Must have skills required:

AI/ML system integration, CloudFormation), CloudWatch, Document processing pipelines or OCR systems, Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR), Grafana), Healthcare domain knowledge (FHIR, HL7, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Observability tooling (DataDog, prior authorization workflows), Prometheus, SOC 2, and event-driven architectures, API design and integration with third-party systems, Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, or Azure), Proven track record of building and operating real production systems (not just side projects), Queues, Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and/or Python, Understanding of asynchronous processing, GCP

2-6 years of production backend engineering experience
Proven track record of building and operating real production systems (not just side projects)
Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and/or Python
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Understanding of asynchronous processing, queues, and event-driven architectures
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
API design and integration with third-party systems

Nice-to-Have Experience

Healthcare domain knowledge (FHIR, HL7, prior authorization workflows)
Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Observability tooling (DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
Document processing pipelines or OCR systems
AI/ML system integration

Engineering Mindset

You understand that production means production - systems need to handle failures gracefully
You design for observability and debugging, not just happy paths
You think about edge cases, failure modes, and recovery strategies
You care about code that can be maintained and debugged six months later
You appreciate well-designed APIs, clean data models, and proper documentation
You understand that constraints (like compliance) make you a better engineer
