Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer / Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining server-side applications, optimizing APIs for speed and reliability, and ensuring seamless system integration. As a key team member, you'll have significant influence on our system architecture and technical direction. You will collaborate closely with front-end, AIML developers, deliver new feature, resolve application bottlenecks, and troubleshoot any performance issues during the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development expertise with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, preferably deployed on Azure.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Working knowledge of front-end development to collaborate effectively with front-end, AI/ML engineering, product, and UX teams.
• Proven capability in high-level architecture, low-level design, and building production-quality software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
