We''''re looking for a Sr. Backend Engineer who''''s passionate about designing scalable systems, loves solving complex backend problems, and wants to be part of a team shaping the future of autonomous cloud operations. What You''''ll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI / Flask). Work closely with AI, frontend, and platform teams to build features that power real-time insights and automation. Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. Collaborate on architecture, design reviews, and technical strategy discussions. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices. Deploy and monitor services in cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure). Optimize performance and reliability for large-scale distributed systems. What We?re Looking For 4-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development. Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and good working knowledge of Python. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with databases - SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes. Knowledge of Kafka / SQS / RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing is a plus. Exposure to cloud infrastructure. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills. Excellent communication skills and be able to participate in discussions with the customers. Nice to Have Experience working with observability tools. Exposure to GraphQL APIs. Basic familiarity with AI or automation-driven workflows. Contributions to open-source or developer community projects.
