About the Role

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python backend development, FastAPI, and React.js, along with experience in deploying applications and integrating with AI/LLM services. This is an individual contributor role requiring excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Develop robust, scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI/Flask.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Work with Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, requests, and others.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration.

Integration & AI/LLM

• Integrate backend services with AI/LLM services (a plus).
• Work with Microsoft Azure (NGC) for cloud-based deployments.

Deployment & DevOps

• Deploy applications using Git, CI/CD pipelines, VMs, and Docker.
• Ensure best practices in version control, testing, documentation, and software engineering.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and team members.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Python programming experience.
• Strong backend development skills with FastAPI or Flask.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Full-stack experience with React.js (mandatory).
• Experience deploying applications using Git, CI/CD, VM, Docker.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure NGC) .
• Excellent communication skills (not average).

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/LLM services integration.
• Familiarity with pandas, NumPy, requests libraries.
• Experience with software engineering best practices (version control, testing, documentation).

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model across (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai).
• General shift timings.
