Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Backend Developer specializing in Node.js. The Backend Developer will design, develop, and optimize server-side components, build robust APIs, and collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration. The role involves writing efficient, scalable code, maintaining code quality, and troubleshooting performance issues and bugs to ensure a high-performing backend infrastructure that supports applications efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Backend Web Development and Software Development, with expertise in Node.js
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with Front-End Development, including integration and API communication
• Strong Programming skills in JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries
• Experience with database management and RESTful API design
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
