The Role Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (LTS 20/22) . Develop clean, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code. Create RESTful APIs (Express.js / NestJS). Work with MongoDB + Mongoose , and optionally Redis. Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware. Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations. Use CI/CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments. Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues. Write automated tests and follow Git best practices. ?? You?ll thrive here if you have: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js , and backend fundamentals. Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Mongoose . Good understanding of security and API best practices. Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred). Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
