Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance features in backend systems using Java.
- Refactor and optimize existing services for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code in an agile development environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, frontend, and operations teams.
- Support product rollouts, deployments, and ensure backend stability for global business applications.
Must-Have:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of REST or SOAP-based service-oriented architectures.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with Git, Maven, and other version control/build tools.
- Python knowledge is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, supply chain, or order management systems.
