Job Description

We are seeking experienced Backend Developers to design and implement large-scale distributed systems for US enterprise clients. Work onsite building high-performance backend services using Java/Python with strong OOP, data structures, algorithms, and database expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering managers to define and scope high-quality features
Break down requirements into architecture and deliver production-ready code
Own end-to-end responsibility from requirements to release deployment
Write clear technical documentation for team knowledge sharing
Participate actively in design and code reviews
Build scalable backend services with an operational excellence focus

Required Technical Skills

Core Skills (Mandatory): Object Oriented Programming, data structures, algorithms, software design, database systems, backend services

Programming Languages: Java, Python, C, C++

Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, Redis

Frameworks/Tech (Desired): Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, web scraping/crawling
