Backend Developer

Role

In order to support our growing client portfolio, we are looking for talented backend developers with a first successful professional or personal experience. As a backend developer your main role is to :

• Analyse, design and develop features with a high level of quality
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and integrated systems
• Think and build upcoming features
• Share collaboration best practices
• Review your teammates code and provide caring feedback
• Perform optimal tests on all application units and systems
  
  

As a backend developer you are expected to showcase :

• Experience - You have developed one or several applications for yourself or a client that you can share with us (ideally)
• Performance - You are not afraid of functional testing architecture, or making difficult tasks smaller and simpler
• Craftsmanship - Your code is clean and you agree to follow best practices (testing, CI/CD, peer programming, code reviews)
• Ownership - You are proud of your work and enthusiastic about doing it right even when no one’s checking
• Passion - You enjoy staying on top of tech trends and hacking new things
• User-centric - You have UX knowledge and share obsession for amazing user experience
• Team spirit - You understand the value of knowledge sharing and collective issues resolution
• Communication - Good written and spoken 🇬🇧 English is required
