Back Office Sales Executive – Mechanical / Industrial Products

PMJ Automech is looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales and marketing activities for industrial machinery and mechanical products. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and assisting the sales team with documentation and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and communicate with clients via phone and email
• Conduct telephonic conversations with customers in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Prepare quotations, offers, and sales-related documents
• Maintain records of customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Support the sales team in order processing and coordination
• Maintain professional communication with customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in mechanical industrial products or machinery sales preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong email writing and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical
• Candidates with exposure to industrial machinery, mechanical components, or automation products will be preferred
• Freshers with Mechanical ITI/Diploma and good communication skills may also apply
Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per annum
