Role Description The Back Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The role involves managing day-to-day back-office operations such as data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and updating internal systems accurately and on time. Responsibilities include coordinating with front-office and operations teams, preparing reports, supporting basic finance-related activities, and assisting with compliance and audit requirements as needed. The Back Office Executive will handle email communication, respond to internal queries, support process improvement initiatives, and ensure that all tasks are completed according to company standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills, including data management, documentation, and process coordination.
- Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Basic Sales support capabilities, such as preparing sales reports and assisting with follow-up documentation.
- Foundational Finance skills, including working with invoices, spreadsheets, and basic reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Mohali and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in BPO or back-office roles is an advantage.
