Job Description
A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth operations. Their duties include :
1. Data Entry : Recording and updating information into the database accurately and efficiently.
2. Processing Transactions : Handling and processing routine transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
3. Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data.
4. Customer Support : Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed.
5. Documentation : Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files.
6. Compliance : Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
7. Team Support : Assisting team members and contributing to team goals.
8. Reporting : Generating reports and presenting findings to management. The ideal candidate for this role should have attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
