Job Description We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 2?4 years of experience to help design, develop, and maintain reliable server-side applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, scalable code and is comfortable working with modern backend technologies. Experience with either Node.js or Python is required, while specific frameworks and databases are a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs Build scalable, secure, and testable server-side applications Analyze, optimize, and enhance existing backend systems Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate solutions Identify, debug, and fix performance and reliability issues Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Required Qualifications 2?4 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer Strong proficiency in either Node.js or Python Solid understanding of backend development concepts (REST APIs, authentication, data handling, etc.) Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code Expected Qualifications Node.js stack: Experience with MongoDB; Node-RED experience is a bonus Python stack: Experience with FastAPI and PostgreSQL; exposure to Computer Vision or Machine Learning is a bonus Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus Prior experience working in production-grade applications Nice to Have Understanding of software architecture and system design Exposure to performance tuning and scalability considerations Ability to work independently and take ownership of backend components
