One of our Clients is Hiring for the below Role Job Title: Backend Node.js Developer Employment Type: [Full-time] Location: Bengaluru About the Role We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js to design, build, and maintain high-performance server-side applications. You will collaborate with front-end engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient APIs and services. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Node.js and modern frameworks like Express , NestJS , or Fastify . Implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services. Integrate with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and third-party APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability. Collaborate with front-end developers to define API contracts and integration workflows. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, etc.). Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest , Mocha , or Supertest . Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving backend architecture and development practices. Troubleshoot and debug production issues as part of ongoing maintenance. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-9 years of backend development experience with Node.js . Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript . Experience with Express.js , NestJS , or similar frameworks. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture . Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, efficient code. Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
