Role Description

We are seeking a Back-End Developer to join our team in Kochi. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our platform. The role involves working on API development, database management, and backend architecture, with opportunities to contribute to Python-based services and AI-powered integrations that enhance automation, personalization, and data intelligence across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for front-end and third-party integrations
• Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js / NestJS, with exposure to Python-based services
• Integrate AI-driven features and third-party AI services into backend workflows
• Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product teams, and AI/ML engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Follow best practices for security, scalability, and system design



Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Engineering
• Proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Python for server-side development or microservices
• Basic understanding of AI/ML integrations, APIs, or automation workflows
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with building secure and scalable APIs
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies for seamless integration
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
