Senior Backend Engineer (Remote)

What you’ll do:

• Build and launch new products and features end-to-end
• Own backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape roadmap and deliver user impact
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to system architecture
• Mentor peers through code reviews and technical guidance

Tech stack:

TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, React, Next.js, Vue

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and distributed systems
• Proven ownership of scalable systems and complex problems
• Product mindset with strong collaboration and communication skill
• Top 30 Comp Sci University degree
• Experience in startup environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec)

Salary up to $220k depending on skillset and location
