Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (No 60/90 days) Are you a skilled Backend Engineer ready to take the next big step in your career? We?re looking for a Backend Technical Lead to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. ?? What You?ll Do Lead design & development of complex backend systems using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Own architecture decisions with strong focus on best development practices. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence. Design & build scalable, secure, and efficient APIs. Work with Relational Databases (schema design, SQL, performance tuning). Use No-SQL DBs like MongoDB for high-performance structures. Integrate & manage Message Brokers: RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM-MQ. Collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-impact features. Maintain code quality, performance, scalability, and automation. ?? What We?re Looking For Strong expertise in Python & ability to solve complex technical problems. Solid understanding of Relational Databases & SQL fundamentals. Experience with Django & FastAPI frameworks. Hands-on with MongoDB or other No-SQL DBs. Experience integrating message brokers (RabbitMQ / ZeroMQ / IBM-MQ). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
