Senior Product Engineer (Fullstack Python) (Series A start-up)

This is a role for engineers who want ownership, ambiguity, and real product impact in and who are excited by building something category-defining from an early stage.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, Series A startup building a relationship intelligence platform - their product helps enterprise revenue teams understand who truly matters inside target accounts so they can close larger deals, faster.

In the past year, they’ve grown 5x and are already trusted by companies like Intercom, Brex, LangChain, and Cresta. The company is backed by top-tier investors including NEA, Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and operators from Slack, Figma, Box, Dropbox, Notion, and Anthropic.

Founded by engineers who previously scaled products to hundreds of millions of users and launched some of the fastest-growing collaboration tools in tech, this is a team that knows how to build at serious scale.

This is not a ticket-taking engineering role.

You will own an entire product line end-to-end:

• Speaking directly with customers to understand problems
• Defining what should be built
• Designing the architecture
• Shipping production code across the stack
• Measuring outcomes and iterating
• You’ll work across React / Next.js, backend systems, integrations, database architecture, and LLM pipelines with extremely high accuracy requirements.

You’ll be one of the first ~10 engineers and work directly with the founders on weekly product and architectural decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own roadmap, architecture, and delivery for a full product surface
• Join customer calls and Slack channels to identify what to build next
• Ship across frontend and backend with high autonomy
• Build robust integrations and data pipelines
• Help define the engineering quality bar and shipping velocity

Nice to have

• Experience shipping LLM-powered products with strong evaluation practices
• Exposure to enterprise sales cycles
• Founder / founding engineer background

Logistics & Package

• Remote across the US, with a preference for San Francisco or New York
• Up to $220k base + meaningful equity (0.2–0.6%)
