Back End Developer

LED Phantom is looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to build and support scalable systems that power our growing technology & operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems and APIs
• Build scalable and secure database structures
• Integrate backend systems with web & internal tools
• Optimize system performance and reliability
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Support system deployment and maintenance
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Java & Spring Boot
• Laravel (PHP)
• Node.js
• Proven experience with:
• WebSockets & real-time communication (Socket.IO, native WebSockets, STOMP, etc.)
• Designing systems with concurrent connections and low latency
• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs & Microservices architecture
• Object-Oriented Design & Design Patterns
• Database expertise: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or similar)
• Security knowledge: JWT, OAuth, role-based access control
• Experience with: Git / Version Control & Linux environments
• Exposure to: Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Pub/Sub) – preferred
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – a plus
