Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our enthusiastic team in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling the core microservices that power our AI recruitment platform. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about performance, enjoy tackling complex architectural challenges, and are driven to create systems that can handle massive scale and real-time data processing. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices using Go/Golang. Contribute to the overall architecture, ensuring systems are resilient, highly available, and adhere to best security practices. Integrate AI/ML models and complex business logic into the core product backend. Optimize database queries and system performance to handle large volumes of concurrent users and data. Write clean, well-tested, and documented code, participating actively in code reviews. Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions. Act as a technical mentor and advocate for engineering excellence, pushing the boundaries of what's achievable in the recruitment AI space. Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Deep expertise in Go/Golang: Proven ability to build production-grade, highly concurrent applications in Go. Exceptional DSA & Problem Solving: You must possess strong Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge and a track record of superior problem-solving?the drive to go beyond standard corporate expectations to find elegant and optimized solutions. Microservices Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and implementing systems based on a microservices architecture, including understanding containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) principles. Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Why Join Us?
