Backend Developer ? As a? Backend Developer , you will play a critical role in architecting and developing the server-side components that power our digital products. You will work closely with our frontend, product, and design teams to build reliable APIs, integrate databases, and ensure smooth data flow across the platform. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices. Integrate databases, manage data models, and ensure secure data handling. Optimize server-side logic for scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with frontend developers to define API requirements and workflows. Implement version control, documentation practices, and deployment workflows. Troubleshoot issues, debug performance bottlenecks, and deliver timely solutions. Contribute to overall architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Technical Requirements Proficiency in? Python ,? Node.js , or? Java ?(any one is sufficient; multiple is a plus). Solid understanding of? RESTful API ?development and integration. Familiarity with? SQL/NoSQL databases ?(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Knowledge of? scalable backend architecture , caching, and performance tuning. Understanding of authentication, authorization, and general security best practices.
