About ThinkStartup: ThinkStartup is a Startup India-registered educational venture focused on nurturing entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities among school and college students. We design and deliver action-oriented programs to instil innovation, creativity, and startup thinking in young people. Our programs are accredited by MEPSC (a Sector Skill Council under MSDE and NSDC) and are run in collaboration with TIDES, IIT Roorkee. Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and mission-driven leader to manage ThinkStartup?s entrepreneurship education programs for school students. The role involves leading flagship programs, mentoring student startups, building academic content, coordinating mentors, and driving partnerships that foster innovation and startup culture in schools. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of entrepreneurship programs (eHub, U18, YoungCEO, etc.) across schools and partners. Design and manage experiential, curriculum-aligned content in entrepreneurship, innovation, and design thinking. Mentor and guide student startup teams from ideation to pitching. Conduct and manage Training-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for facilitators and mentors. Own student learning outcomes and continuously improve programs based on feedback and impact data. Support new program development and pilot launches aligned with strategic priorities. Who Should Apply 2-3 years of experience in education, startups, program leadership, or innovation ecosystems. Strong understanding of experiential learning, curriculum design, and student mentoring. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
