Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Executive – US Market
Department: Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development

Job Purpose
The B2B Lead Generation Executive (US Market) is responsible for generating and qualifying high-quality business leads from US-based companies to support the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads from the US market using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and data mining
- Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Managers, Procurement Heads, Directors)
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn outreach, and calling
- Qualify leads based on BANT/ICP criteria
- Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Follow up consistently to improve lead conversion
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign improvement
- Maintain accurate reports and MIS
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in US B2B lead generation / inside sales
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of CRM tools and email automation
- Cold calling and professional email drafting skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in US market B2B lead generation
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, US staffing, or healthcare preferred
- Comfortable working in US shifts
- Experience handling international clients is a plus
