Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B collections supporting U.S.-based clients
• Proven success managing collections for U.S. businesses with a strong understanding of U.S. billing and invoicing practices
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external partners via phone and email
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and promptly
• Communicate with brokers via phone and email to ensure correct payment setup
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections with brokers
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, and payment history
• Ensure compliance with documented financial processes and company standards
