Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller at our Fardabad India location. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls, maintaining records of interactions, and providing information about company services. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to e-waste recycling, following up with existing and potential customers, and working collaboratively with the team to develop effective communication strategies. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer applications, including MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field is preferred
• Good command of English and Hindi; additional regional languages will be an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication would be a plus
