Azure .NET Developer — On-site (India) About The Opportunity Join a fast-growing IT Services & Cloud Solutions team that builds enterprise-grade Azure and .NET applications for clients across finance, retail, and SaaS domains. You will develop, deploy and support cloud-native web and API services on Microsoft Azure, working closely with product and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET web APIs and backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core for Azure-hosted applications. Implement cloud-native features using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and managed services to meet scalability and availability targets. Integrate services with SQL Server and implement data access using Entity Framework or equivalent ORM patterns. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; automate deployments, tests, and release workflows. Collaborate with architects and DevOps to containerize applications, support AKS/Kubernetes deployments, and define IaC templates (ARM/Bicep/Terraform). Instrument applications with logging, monitoring and alerting (Application Insights / Azure Monitor) and proactively troubleshoot production issues. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs and microservices. Proven experience deploying and operating applications on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Storage). Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines and release management. Solid SQL Server experience and ORM usage (Entity Framework / EF Core). Good understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect) and secure coding practices. On-site availability in India and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Preferred Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS). Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep). Experience with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, or centralized logging systems for observability.
