Job Description

Company: Global Technology organization Key Skills: itsm, BMC, Change Management, Azure Devops, DevOps, Azure Key Vault, CICD, Integration, Terraform, ISO, GIT, SOC, ITIL, Arm Roles and Responsibilities: CI/CD and Azure DevOps: Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML/classic) for build, release, and deployment automation. Manage Azure Repos, Artifact feeds, and Service Connections for secure and scalable delivery. Implement environment-based deployments (Dev - QA - Prod) using approvals, gates, and variable groups. Optimize build and release pipelines for reliability, speed, and maintainability. BMC Helix Integration: Integrate BMC Helix ITSM/Change Management with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD platforms. Automate creation, approval, and closure of Change Requests (CRs) via BMC Helix REST APIs or Integration Services. Implement pre-deployment and post-deployment validation steps in pipelines to check CR approval status. Maintain traceability between deployment artifacts, change requests, and code commits. Collaborate with BMC administrators to configure secure API access, authentication, and audit logging. Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Use Terraform / ARM / Bicep for provisioning and managing Azure infrastructure as code. Manage configuration through GitOps practices and reusable templates. Integrate IaC deployment stages with BMC Helix for change governance and reporting. Monitoring, Security & Compliance: Implement change control gates in pipelines for production deployments. Ensure compliance with ITIL / ISO / SOC processes. Integrate pipelines with monitoring and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics). Manage secrets and credentials securely using Azure Key Vault or equivalent solutions. Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Service Connections) Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, YAML pipelines, multi-stage deployments Expertise in BMC Helix ITSM / Change Management and integrations Proficiency with Azure Key Vault, secrets management, and service principles Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep) Familiarity with Azure cloud services, monitoring tools, and deployment strategies Experience with Git/GitOps, repository branching strategies, and code governance Knowledge of ISO, SOC, ITIL frameworks and compliance practices Ability to work with REST APIs, integration workflows, and automation scripts Strong understanding of security controls, audit logging, and governance workflows Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Preferred: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
