You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integration processes ensuring seamless operations during day shifts. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory to streamline data processing workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and reliability ensuring timely delivery of critical healthcare data. - Analyze Medicare & Medicaid Claims data to identify trends and insights that can improve healthcare outcomes. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all data processing activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and claims processing minimizing downtime and disruptions. - Maintain documentation of data workflows and processes for future reference and continuous improvement. - Work closely with data analysts and business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities. - Implement best practices for data security and privacy safeguarding sensitive healthcare information. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with existing systems. - Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and healthcare analytics. Qualifications - - Extensive experience in Azure Data Factory demonstrating proficiency in data integration and workflow automation. - Strong understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Proven track record of developing scalable and efficient data solutions in a hybrid work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Strong communication skills enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards ensuring compliance in all data processing activities. - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of learning and innovation
