As part of our growth, we're looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Architect to lead the design and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategies. About the Role As an AWS DevOps Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for architecting robust cloud infrastructure, driving DevOps automation strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, security, and product, to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that power our AI platforms. Responsibilities Architect and design scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS for AI-driven applications and data platforms Lead the end-to-end DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and incident response Define and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK Guide containerization and orchestration efforts (EKS, ECS, Docker) for microservices and model deployment Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment design with business goals and SLAs Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc. Implement security best practices, governance policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., IAM, encryption, auditing) Optimize AWS costs, recommend reserved instances or savings plans, and monitor usage Lead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentation Qualifications 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or Site Reliability Engineering 3+ years of proven experience in designing and deploying AWS solutions at scale Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Code Pipeline, etc.) Strong command over Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation Deep knowledge of networking, security, VPCs, IAM, load balancing, and monitoring in AWS Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools (EKS, Kubernetes, ECS) Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell) AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer ? Professional or Solutions Architect ? Professional) Experience with Agile/DevOps culture and working in fast-paced product environments Preferred Skills Experience in AI/ML platform architecture, MLOps, or data pipelines Familiarity with multi-cloud environments or hybrid infrastructure Exposure to compliance and security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
