Experience : 4 to 12 years

Location : Chennai

Skill Set : DevOps Engineer – AWS Lambda, API Gateway & Terraform

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AWS Lambda-based microservices exposed via API Gateway.
• Build and manage all infrastructure using Terraform as the single source of truth for AWS provisioning.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated code deployment, testing, and environment provisioning.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, including metric filters and alarms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate infrastructure automation into application workflows.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure configurations and DevOps processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role with hands-on AWS experience.
• Expertise in Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure as code.
• Proficient in building serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced skills with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Strong Git workflow knowledge and source code management practices.
• Solid understanding of AWS IAM, networking, and security principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or relevant AWS certifications.
• Experience with additional AWS services such as CloudFormation, ECS, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with serverless frameworks (e.g., Serverless Framework or SAM).
• Knowledge of Docker and container-based deployments.
