Job Description

Position Description Job Summary: Highly skilled and experienced AWS DevOps Engineer (L3), having deep expertise in AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and automation through Python scripting. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for provisioning and managing cloud resources. Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline operations and deployments. Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, etc. Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and cost. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues. Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.). Proficiency in Terraform for IaC and managing complex infrastructure modules. Solid Python scripting skills for automation and tooling. Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification. Experience With Other IaC Tools Like Ansible. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
