About Position: We are looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. You will work on building scalable, secure, and integrated solutions for enterprise clients. Role: AWS Connect Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 3 to 9 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design and configure Amazon Connect instances, contact flows, routing profiles, and queues. Develop and maintain custom integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud Voice). Implement IVR systems, call routing, and telephony configurations. Build and optimize Lambda functions for backend logic and automation. Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Lex, Polly) and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of solutions. Expertise You'll Bring: 3?9 years of experience in AWS cloud solutions, with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect. Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, CloudWatch). Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Node.js) for Lambda functions. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration best practices. Experience with contact center technologies, VoIP, and telephony systems. AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer) preferred.
