Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, deploy, and maintain highly available AWS environments using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Cloud Security & Governance: Enforce security best practices, IAM roles, and compliance policies using AWS Config, KMS, CloudTrail, and AWS Security services.
• Container Orchestration: Manage containerized workloads and microservices using Docker, Amazon ECS, or Amazon EKS.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Set up logging and performance monitoring with AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus/Grafana.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with software developers and IT teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced AWS Services: Proficient in EC2, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Scripting & Programming: Strong coding proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Containerization: Deep hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Operating Systems: Advanced Linux/Unix administration.
• Database Management: Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
