Job Description: To lead the design and evolution of Worley s global infrastructure and cloud platforms, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles. Security, compliance, and operational integrity are seamlessly embedded throughout the architecture lifecycle to enable secure innovation and reliable global delivery. Design and optimize hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, OCI) to support global enterprise workloads, including high-performance and resilient AI workloads. Define and standardize architectural patterns for compute, storage, networking, and platform services that enable efficient AI model training, inference, and data processing. Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and GitOps frameworks for consistent, repeatable deployments and operations. Embed security and compliance controls into infrastructure designs, including identity management, encryption, segmentation, and policy enforcement.
