About the Role

AppZoro Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled and AI-focused professional with 1 to 3 years of experience and an AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification to support AI-driven business solutions, workflow optimization, and cloud-based AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, AI tools, and AWS AI services, along with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

This role involves working on practical AI use cases, AI-assisted business operations, research tasks, workflow analysis, and supporting AI integration initiatives across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions for business and operational requirements.
• Work with Generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques to improve workflows and productivity.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to identify automation opportunities using AI technologies.
• Support AI-based application testing, documentation, reporting, and solution analysis.
• Assist in integrating AWS AI services into existing workflows and internal processes.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable AI-driven approaches.
• Monitor AI trends, emerging tools, and cloud innovations relevant to business applications.
• Participate in discussions related to AI implementation strategies and operational improvements.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in AI, business analysis, cloud technologies, automation, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Rekognition, or Lex.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative office environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI-assisted workflows, automation tools, APIs, or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of business process optimization and AI use case analysis.
• Prior experience supporting AI-based products, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
