Job Title: AVP / VP - F&A Delivery leaders - Mumbai

Candidate Expectation

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA/CA/CPA preferred.

20 –25+ years of experience in F&A operations with significant delivery leadership exposure in BPO / Shared Services / GBS environments.

Led Large delivery teams of 500 + FTEs, for key global accounts in finance operations across all towers.

Preferable Qualification: Accounting & Finance - B.Com/ M.Com, ICWA, CA, MBA

Driving operations, understanding customer transformation and digitization needs, executing high impact transformation projects as a part of delivery etc.

Handled large operations for global clients from Retail, CPG Industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations across global Consumer Business Group and Consumer & Market Insights clients - Own overall delivery strategy and execution for F&A services.

This position requires a strong blend of domain expertise in F&A, large scale delivery management, stakeholder leadership, and continuous transformation to drive business outcomes, margin improvement, and account growth.

Transformation & Process Optimization

Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, analytics, and digital enablement initiatives.

Own P&L for assigned portfolios, including revenue assurance, cost optimization, margin improvement, and financial governance.

Track and drive efficiency levers to meet profitability and growth targets.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, client policies, and audit requirements.

Proactively manage delivery risks, data security, and business continuity. Technology & Innovation Enablement

Champion adoption of automation platforms, intelligent workflows, analytics, and AI-led solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and client value

Partner with technology and transformation teams to future-proof service delivery. Leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives

Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover

Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management

Establishing policies that improve and promote account vision and culture

Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results

Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies

Proven experience in a senior executive role

In-depth understanding of the industry and the workings of different departments of a company, including finance, recruitment and human resources

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and data analysis

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Strategic planning and business development

Must be flexible with shifts as per requirement of client
