About the Role
URBX Group of Institutions is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and industry-experienced Aviation Trainer – Cabin Crew to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong aviation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring aspiring cabin crew and aviation professionals.
This role involves delivering professional aviation and cabin crew training while preparing students for successful careers in the airline and aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional training sessions in Cabin Crew and Aviation Operations.

• Train students in:
o Grooming and personality development
o Communication and interpersonal skills
o Customer service excellence
o In-flight service procedures
o Aviation etiquette and hospitality standards

• Deliver training on:
o Aviation safety procedures
o Emergency handling protocols
o Passenger management
o Airline industry standards
• Conduct:
o Mock drills and role-play activities
o Interview preparation and personality enhancement sessions
o Group discussions and presentation training
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Support placement activities and prepare students for airline recruitment processes.
• Maintain training quality standards and ensure an engaging learning environment.

Eligibility
Criteria

Educational Qualification
• Degree or Diploma in Aviation, Cabin Crew, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience
• Prior experience as Cabin Crew / Senior Cabin Crew is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in aviation or cabin crew training will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities
• Professional grooming and pleasing personality
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions
