We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer In This Role, You Will ??Manage Allocated Collections project?s related testing activities. Provide testing strategies/approach and ensure delivery quality. ??Apply best practices for the team?s test automation framework, scripts and execution. ??Work with the testing team to deliver quality assurance to projects, ensure project quality standard is met. ??Hands on & expected to execute/automate Test cases. ??Analyze business requirements, scope, identify and implement testing needs and approach ??Work closely with development teams and business to enable delivery transparency and no communication gap. ??Enable test efficiency by automation in GUI, API, stub/driver, service virtualization (but not limited). ??Identify NFR requirements & track them to closure. ??Manage the allocated team. Upskill the teammates? test automation, API, stub/driver, service virtualization capability. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: ??A minimum of 12 years' IT software testing experience with atleast 5 years' IT software testing experience. Experience in test management, test execution , test automation, API , UI, Mobile App (Preferred) , NFR (Preferred) testing. ??Familiar with using popular testing tools, e.g. Selenium, Appium, Browser stack , TOSCA, xFramework, CA DevTest, CA TDM, TestNG, Rest Assure, etc. ??Familiarity with performance testing tools eg Load Runner , Jmeter ??Well understand software development and testing process, quality standard of testing deliveries and testing techniques knowledge. Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects. ??Well understand DevOps and CI/CD. ??Strong test automation skills. ??Experience in managing project with cross location teams. Capable to achieve the delivery target. ??Strong sense of ownership to the testing deliveries. Capable to spot out test efficiency improvement areas, and implement the improvement. ??Capable to upskill self & teammates test automation capability based on market trends ??Capable to ask for buy-in from senior management and business, and timely report the progress. ??Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against different demand and target. ??Good communication skills in spoken and written English. ??Enthusiastic and strong sense of commitment. ??Experience of Collections domain knowledge would be preferred ??Certified in ISEB by ISTQB, or any other software testing certificate.
