SDET Analyst (Automation Testing)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled SDET Analyst with strong experience in automation testing, API validation, and cloud-based systems. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality across web, mobile, and microservices architectures while contributing to automation frameworks and testing strategies.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Automation & Testing Tools:
  • Selenium
  • Cypress
  • Playwright
  • Postman (API Testing)
  • WireMock
• Programming & Build Tools:
  • Strong understanding of Java
  • Gradle or Maven
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
  • AWS services: DynamoDB, S3, SQS

Roles & Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience in designing and building automated regression tests from test cases
• Develop and enhance automation using Cucumber + Java frameworks
• Add new features and improvements to existing automation frameworks
• Create detailed test plans and test cases for assigned features
• Execute test cases and manage defect tracking and resolution
• Develop testing utilities and tools to support QA and development teams
• Plan and execute automation, integration, and regression test suites
• Perform load, performance, and stress testing for microservices
• Define, implement, and enforce quality standards and QA processes
• Actively collaborate with developers and cross-functional technical teams
• Participate in full SDLC / Agile cycles, including sprint planning, estimations, and design discussions
• Conduct UAT and regression testing for enhancements and patch releases
• Perform mobile testing (iOS & Android) on emulators and physical devices
• Identify and communicate QA risks, workflow gaps, and defects early in the cycle
• Provide regular test progress updates and reporting
• Perform verification testing and patch validation
• Analyze system performance, reproduce defects, and partner with developers on resolutions
• Maintain daily test suite results, update automation scripts, and continuously improve regression frameworks
