A staffing and HR services firm specializing in sourcing talent for Technology and Enterprise Software companies. We place high-impact engineering resources into product, fintech, and SaaS organisations that prioritise quality, automation, and rapid delivery. This is an on-site Automation Test Engineer role based in India supporting Agile delivery teams.

Position: Automation Test Engineer (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites for web applications using Selenium and TestNG/JUnit or BDD with Cucumber.
• Author and execute automated API tests and validation scripts; collaborate with backend teams to validate contracts and endpoints.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git) to enable gated builds and automated regression checks on each release.
• Investigate, document and triage defects using reproducible test cases; work closely with developers to drive timely fixes and regression prevention.
• Analyse test results, measure coverage and quality metrics, and continuously improve test reliability and execution speed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to test planning, and mentor peers to raise automation adoption and best practices.
