About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT & Software Product Engineering sector, delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications across fintech, healthcare and SaaS domains. This is an on-site role in India for a high-visibility test automation position supporting agile product teams building scalable, secure, and customer-facing systems.

Primary Job Title: Automation Test Engineer (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain reliable automated test suites for web and API layers using Selenium-based frameworks and TestNG.
Author and execute API test cases for RESTful services; validate contracts, data flows and error handling.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to enable daily regression and release validation.
Perform root-cause analysis of defects, create reproducible test reports and work with developers to drive resolution.
Collaborate with product owners and developers in sprint planning to define test strategies, acceptance criteria and automation priorities.
Continuously improve test reliability and coverage—refactor flaky tests, enforce best practices and document framework changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (or relevant practical experience).
