About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT & Software Product Engineering sector, delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications across fintech, healthcare and SaaS domains. This is an on-site role in India for a high-visibility test automation position supporting agile product teams building scalable, secure, and customer-facing systems.

Primary Job Title: Automation Test Engineer (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain reliable automated test suites for web and API layers using Selenium-based frameworks and TestNG.
• Author and execute API test cases for RESTful services; validate contracts, data flows and error handling.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to enable daily regression and release validation.
• Perform root-cause analysis of defects, create reproducible test reports and work with developers to drive resolution.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers in sprint planning to define test strategies, acceptance criteria and automation priorities.
• Continuously improve test reliability and coverage—refactor flaky tests, enforce best practices and document framework changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (or relevant practical experience).
