We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in WCAG compliance and Automation Testing to join a leading banking client based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Role Highlights:

• Ensure digital accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 standards)
• Design and implement automation frameworks for accessibility testing
• Work closely with development teams to identify and fix accessibility issues
• Perform audits using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, Wave, etc.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines (A, AA standards)
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress)
• Experience with accessibility testing tools (Axe, NVDA, JAWS)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Banking/Financial domain experience is a plus
