Automation Testing-Selenium and API Rest Assured

Your Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium for UI automation and REST Assured for API testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. Selenium WebDriver: Proficient in automating web applications using Selenium. REST Assured: Strong hands-on experience in API testing using REST Assured with Java. Java Programming: Solid understanding of Java for scripting and framework development. Test Frameworks: Experience with TestNG or JUnit for test execution and reporting. Maven/Gradle: Familiarity with build tools for managing dependencies and test lifecycle. Your Profile Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and REST Assured. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test strategies and ensure coverage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. Analyse test results, log defects, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality. CI/CD Integration: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools for continuous testing. Version Control: Proficient in Git for source code management and collaboration. Reporting Tools: Exposure to Allure, Extent Reports, or similar for test result visualization. Database Testing: Basic SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
