Bilingual (Japanese/English) Exp: 4 to 12 years Bilingual (Japanese/English) SDET with experience in test planning and automation to lead quality assurance efforts during our system transformation. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans for frontend and backend systems. Implement automated tests using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test requirements. Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation. Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English across teams. Requirements: Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman). Strong understanding of software QA methodologies. Proficiency in Japanese and English (business level). Experience with CI/CD and version control systems. Ability to lead testing efforts and mentor junior testers.
